Description

You will manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring stability and security for LAN/WAN, VoIP, and VPN systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support all facets of enterprise networks, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VoIP, and VPNs.
• Analyze and resolve complex network problems using functional technical knowledge.
• Review and interpret data and documentation to drive technical decision-making.
• Assess the holistic impact of network changes on interconnected processes and functions.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to maintain network stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise networks.
• Deep technical knowledge at the CCNP level (equivalent experience accepted).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies.
• Proficiency with LAN/WAN, VoIP, VPNs, and network security protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent foundational knowledge.
