Description

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, from initial triage to final resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-line investigation, diagnosis, and issue triage for network incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities, security threats, and emerging technology risks.
• Monitor incidents from initiation to resolution, escalating unresolved issues when required.
• Log incidents and service requests, tracking reliability data to support continuous service improvement.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, WLCs, and WAPs.
• Experience with Aruba Wireless and Cisco Nexus switches.
• Strong networking background across LAN, WLAN, WAN, Load Balancers (F5), and Bandwidth optimization (Riverbed).
• Knowledge of Layer 2 protocols: VTP, HSRP, STP.
• Knowledge of Layer 3 protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP.
• Experience with monitoring tools: SolarWinds and Splunk.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN architecture.
