Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco Viptela SD-WAN solutions including vManage, vSmart, and vBond.
• Develop and maintain SD-WAN policies, templates, and edge device configurations for production networks.
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and deployment guides.
• Execute greenfield and brownfield network deployments and support end-to-end network transformation activities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer stakeholders (including TLOs and project managers) and support release planning with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Skills Required:

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in Cisco SD-WAN/Viptela and enterprise network deployments
• Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) with deep hands-on experience in design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• SD-WAN policies and templates with strong working knowledge of vManage, vSmart, and vBond.
• Network design documentation including BOM, HLD, LLD, and deployment guides.
• Cross-technology familiarity with LAN, WLAN, firewalls, and Infoblox (IPAM/DNS/DHCP).

Good to Have:

• Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD WAN Implementation
• Cloud networking exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Network automation experience using Python and/or Ansible
• Understanding of Zero Trust and SASE architectures
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and ThousandEyes

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
