Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions, including edge device configuration and SD-WAN policy/template implementation.
• Configure and manage the Cisco Viptela control components: vManage, vSmart, and vBond, ensuring stable orchestration and connectivity.
• Develop and maintain network design and delivery documentation, including BOM, HLD, LLD, and deployment guides.
• Lead end-to-end network transformation for both greenfield and brownfield deployments, ensuring smooth cutover and operational transition.
• Support cross-technology integration and validation with working knowledge of LAN/WLAN, firewalls, and Infoblox (IPAM/DNS/DHCP).

Skills Required:

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in network engineering and SD-WAN implementations
• Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) with deep hands-on experience in design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise with vManage, vSmart, and vBond, including SD-WAN policies, templates, and edge device configuration.
• Strong network design and documentation skills, including BOM, HLD, LLD, and deployment guides.
• Proven experience delivering both greenfield and brownfield network deployments.

Good to Have:

• Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD WAN Implementation
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Network automation experience (Python, Ansible)
• Understanding of Zero Trust and SASE architectures
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
