Roles & Responsibilities:

• Resolve L3 level and major network incidents to ensure minimal downtime and optimal network performance.
• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to avoid recurring network issues.
• Design and optimize network architectures to meet organizational requirements and performance standards.
• Implement redundancy, high availability, and failover designs to ensure continuous network operations.
• Integrate network security solutions including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control.
• Lead network migrations and upgrades ensuring minimal business disruption and successful implementation.
• Automate network provisioning and operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers to develop their technical skills and network troubleshooting capabilities.

Experience Required: 5-9 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management
