Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network connectivity using Cisco LAN switches.
• Manage and support network security and firewall policies using Fortinet and Juniper NetScreen.
• Support cloud networking integrations and connectivity patterns across Azure and AWS.
• Perform network issue isolation, root-cause analysis, and resolution for connectivity and security incidents.
• Maintain operational readiness by following established IT service management processes.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 10 years of network engineering experience
• Azure cloud networking experience
• AWS cloud networking experience
• Enterprise firewall and security appliance experience (Fortinet, Juniper NetScreen)
• Cisco LAN switch configuration and troubleshooting

Good to Have:

• ITIL
• ITSM

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
