Description

You will design, implement, and operate enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and cloud-connected networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network services including VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
• Manage routing protocols and traffic engineering (BGP/OSPF) to ensure optimal paths and redundancy.
• Support cloud networking constructs such as VPC/VNet, subnets, gateways, load balancers, and hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect).
• Monitor network performance and capacity, proactively addressing bottlenecks and failures.
• Implement and document network changes, standard operating procedures, and runbooks while participating in incident response and RCA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, routing, and switching.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and redundancy mechanisms (HSRP, VRRP).
• Proficiency in L2/L3 design patterns and network troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with network monitoring and logging tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Grafana, Zabbix).
• Ability to produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Exposure to firewall/VPN fundamentals and network security controls (ACLs, segmentation).

Preferred Skills

• Automation exposure using Python or Ansible.
• Experience with SD-WAN, load balancers, or CDN basics.
