Description

You will own the delivery of the Network Service Roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solution specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size project delivery and improvement plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Document solutions and maintain deployment, maintenance, and upgrade records for IT OPS and vendor support.
• Manage vendor resources and supervise network operations, ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for infrastructure problems and resolve major incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Plan funding for network upgrades, modifications, and EOL replacements, coordinating with CAB and running cost approvals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Deep expertise in ITIL methodologies, including incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge management.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB management and Service Desk operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional solution specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with Service Desk, Security, and Local Infrastructure teams.
• Proven track record in root cause analysis and developing resolution plans.
• Experience supervising vendor resources and managing global functional expert roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing detailed project plans to monitor progress and track performance metrics.
• Ability to proactively manage key stakeholders and communicate project status updates.
