You will design, implement, and support enterprise-scale voice and IP telephony infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Configure, upgrade, and maintain UCCE Controllers, CUIC, AW/HDS, Routers, Loggers, and VRUs.
Modify and maintain UC/UCCX/CVP/UCCE call flows and migrate existing CUCM/Voice Gateway/ICM/CVP infrastructure to new locations.
Manage data center components including Routers, Switches, Gatekeepers, Gateways, CVP Servers, Nuance Speech Recognition Servers, and CVM VXML Servers.
Build and add SIP Trunks, CUCM/CUC/Analog gateways, and configure CER.
Develop UC standards, configuration templates, and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
Support pilot and production rollouts of SIP centralized infrastructure using Cisco B2BUA, CUBE, SME, and SBCs.
Troubleshoot UCCX/E, CUCM, CUC, CER, and Gateways.
Required Skills
11+ years of experience designing and supporting Avaya, Asterisk, CUCM, Voice Gateway, ICM, and CVP infrastructure.
Deep expertise in Voice, VoIP, and IP Telephony architectural design.
Strong understanding of SIP, MGCP, SCCP, and H.323 signaling technologies.
Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Cisco B2BUA/CUBE/SME/SBCs.
Proficiency with Python, VXML, or Ansible/YANGL scripting.
Knowledge of QoS and call performance optimization.
