Network Engineer I

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across private and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS.
• Monitor network performance, system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning to ensure availability.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and security configurations.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex network issues.
• Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in coordination with the security team.
• Execute changes within established configuration and change management policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS.
• Proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Experience using network diagnostic, monitoring, and network analytics tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate on problem resolution.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
• Experience in Network Administration, Routing, and LAN Troubleshooting.
