Description

Manage network operations, incident resolution, and new store deployments for retail locations. Execute runbooks for BGP, LTE, and WAN issues while coordinating hardware replacements and carrier tickets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage automated network alarms for BGP, LTE, WAN, and hardware failures across retail stores.
• Execute incident resolution runbooks including device power-cycling via PDU/SNMP and BGP peer troubleshooting.
• Provision and validate network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and LTE gateways.
• Configure VLAN assignments, IP addressing, and routing for new store deployments.
• Coordinate field services, ISP circuit troubleshooting, and hardware replacement workflows through EFS dispatch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, LTE, and WAN technologies.
• Proficiency in VLAN configuration, SNMP, and general routing protocols.
• Experience with network security principles and hardware replacement workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Applied AI Solutions, Amazon Physical Stores technology, or Just Walk Out Technology.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, switch recovery, and PDU management.
• Experience with 24/7 on-call rotation and store deployment processes.
