Description

You will manage and maintain complex data network architectures and transport technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network architecture, devices, and appliances.
• Manage routing, switching, bridging, and Ethernet protocols.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues using vendor and internal ticketing software.
• Document network topology and configurations using Visio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data network experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model and TCP/IP.
• Expertise in single-mode fiber, multi-mode fiber, and UTP.
• Proficiency in network design, topology, and transport technologies.
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols.
• Competency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Broadsoft or SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
• Background in supporting Voice services or Spectrum Enterprise products.
