Description

You will design, configure, and support on-premises network infrastructure while maintaining secure hybrid connectivity with cloud teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco routing and switching hardware including Nexus, Catalyst, ISR, and ASR.
• Manage Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Firepower firewalls and VPN appliances.
• Support enterprise LAN/WAN using BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, HSRP, and DMVPN.
• Validate hybrid connectivity through Direct Connect, Transit Gateways, CloudWAN, ExpressRoute, and VPN tunnels.
• Diagnose issues using Wireshark, SNMP, and firewall logs across multiple datacenters.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Deep expertise with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ISR, and ASR hardware.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, HSRP, MPLS, and DMVPN protocols.
• Strong knowledge of VLANs, NAT, ACLs, and IPsec tunnels.
• Experience supporting high-availability networks in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with hybrid connectivity to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to maintain network diagrams, equipment inventory, and IP schemes.
