Description

You will act as a technical lead supporting a large, complex statewide Cisco campus infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across voice, data, and wireless infrastructures.
• Maintain Cisco LAN DNA infrastructure and perform hardware and server maintenance including patching, upgrades, and backups.
• Conduct packet captures and analysis to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Lead technical projects involving two or more team members.
• Document all end-user interactions and incident resolution steps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working in a Cisco environment.
• Extensive experience in LAN/WAN integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst 9300 and other Catalyst series switches.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K, and 2K series switches.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR and ISR routers.
• Deep understanding of Wireless LAN technologies.
• Configuration and maintenance of EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF routing protocols.
• Experience configuring and tuning SNMP environments.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification in Wireless, Voice, or Route/Switch.
