Description

You will provide second-level technical troubleshooting for Network and Security Services, including WAN, WLAN, LAN, VLAN, Firewalls, and Remote Access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain network and security services (WAN, WLAN, LAN, VLAN, Firewalls, Proxies, etc.).
• Administer and optimize the global network infrastructure, running operational support for Change and Incident Management.
• Execute proactive network management, identifying trends and performing problem analysis using management tools.
• Ensure operational tickets and projects adhere to corporate security standards and compliance rules.
• Prepare incident reports and promptly escalate complex cases to relevant parties.

Required Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring network and security devices (Cisco WAN/LAN/WLAN, ZScaler, Global Protect, Palo Alto, Microsoft DHCP).
• Strong understanding of routing protocols including OSPF and BGP, MPLS, and QoS.
• Working knowledge of Internetworking, IP routing protocols, and troubleshooting MPLS/IP VPNs.
• Proficiency in LAN Cisco technologies, Z-Scaler proxies, Cisco WIFI environments, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies for quality support delivery.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Ability to follow processes and generate thorough documentation.
• Experience with network management tools.
