Description

You will provide second-level technical troubleshooting and operational support for global network and security services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure including WAN, WLAN, LAN, VLAN, Firewalls, Proxies, and Remote Access.
• Administer and optimize global network operations, supporting Change and Incident Management processes.
• Execute proactive network management by identifying trends and performing problem analysis using management tools.
• Prepare incident reports and escalate complex cases to relevant parties promptly.
• Ensure all operational tickets and projects adhere to corporate security standards and compliance rules.

Required Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring network and security devices.
• Proficiency in Cisco WAN/LAN/WLAN technologies and Microsoft DHCP.
• Experience with ZScaler proxies, Global Protect, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and QoS.
• Working knowledge of Internetworking, IP routing, and troubleshooting MPLS/IP VPNs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies for quality support delivery.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Ability to follow processes and generate thorough documentation.
• Experience with network management tools.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Experience with special networks and advanced security architectures.
