Description

You will manage and maintain complex network infrastructures and handle high-level technical escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical escalations for complex network issues.
  • Manage and maintain network environments using VMware and Velocloud.
  • Implement and secure network traffic via Palo Alto Networks.
  • Provide tier-3 support for critical network outages and performance degradation.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of IT or Engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Velocloud SD-WAN solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewall and security protocols.
  • CCNA certification required.
  • CCNP certification required.
  • JNCIS certification required.
  • ACSA certification required.
  • Technical degree in Computer Science, IT, CIS, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience within the healthcare domain.
