You will design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, VLAN, and VPN networks.
Responsibilities
Design and configure structured network cabling, wireless networks, and active components including routers, switches, firewalls, modems, and access points.
Manage Cisco-based routing and switching, specifically VLAN implementation and wireless connectivity.
Maintain and work on F5 and CSM load balancers.
Perform break/fix engineering and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Handle server administration and configure Routing and Remote Access, VPNs, and VoIP.
Required Skills
Experience with Cisco IOS, Linux, Unix, and Macintosh OSX.
Proficiency with network protocols including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Token Ring.
Hands-on knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and network security.
Experience managing routers, switches, hubs, and firewalls.
Ability to manage LAN/WAN, VPN, and Remote Desktop configurations.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Business, or IT with 6 months of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of progressive experience.
Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.
