Description

Manage, design, and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and resolve complex network issues, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.
• Install and implement network hardware and cabling within data centers and corporate offices.
• Execute network changes, maintenance, and system upgrades, including service packs and patches.
• Monitor network performance, trending, and capacity planning for LAN, WLAN, MAN, and WAN.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and document all technical resolutions in the knowledge repository.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise networks, specifically Cisco, F5, and Juniper.
• 2+ years of experience in network design, planning, connectivity, and migration.
• Deep understanding of network protocols including TCP, UDP, STP, HSRP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WLAN, MAN, and WAN environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in an on-call rotation including nights or weekends.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
