Description

Manage and maintain general technology infrastructure and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and system issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage Windows Server platforms, including 2012 R2 and 2016 Standard/Enterprise versions.
• Execute backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Administer cloud servers, virtual environments, and remote management tools.
• Coordinate with third-party network providers, hosting providers, and solution partners.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of general infrastructure experience.
• Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016 Standard and Enterprise).
• Active Directory and domain services administration.
• Cloud servers and virtual environments.
• Network infrastructure troubleshooting.
