Description

Design, analyze, and resolve complex issues across enterprise cloud networks to ensure high availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for network infrastructure and resolve incidents directly with end users.
• Design and implement network hardware components and cabling within data centers and corporate offices.
• Manage network maintenance, system upgrades, service packs, and patches with minimal business disruption.
• Perform performance monitoring, trending, and capacity planning for LAN, WLAN, MAN, and WAN environments.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and maintain accurate support documentation in a knowledge repository.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise networks including Cisco, F5, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
• 2+ years of direct experience in network design, planning, connectivity, and migration.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Juniper technologies.
• Deep understanding of network protocols including TCP, UDP, STP, HSRP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Proficiency managing LAN, WLAN, MAN, and WAN architectures.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work nights or weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs for hardware installation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for resolving complex connectivity issues.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
