Description

You will provide field support to resolve technical issues within a national telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) and DOCSIS.
• Provide hands-on hardware support and troubleshooting within a lab environment.
• Manage routing and switching tasks to maintain network stability.
• Support PON and broadband delivery technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) expertise, specifically with the Harmonic platform.
• Strong knowledge of DOCSIS and PON technologies.
• Advanced routing and switching skills.
• Experience with EIGRP and MPLS.
• Proficiency in Network Architecture and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on-site in Englewood, CO for physical hardware interaction.
