Description

You will resolve technical issues in a national telecommunications environment, focusing on Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) and DOCSIS. You provide hands-on hardware support and troubleshooting within a lab setting. You manage routing and switching tasks to ensure network stability. You support PON and broadband delivery technologies. You work on-site in Englewood, CO, for physical hardware interaction.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to DAA and DOCSIS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) expertise, specifically with the Harmonic platform.
• Strong knowledge of DOCSIS and PON technologies.
• Advanced routing and switching skills.
• Experience with EIGRP and MPLS.
• Proficiency in network architecture and troubleshooting.
