Description

You will design, maintain, and troubleshoot firewall, proxy, DNS, and load balancer environments across the Americas region.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support firewall, proxy, DNS, and load balancer systems for the Americas region.
• Perform routine maintenance, OS upgrades, and hardware fixes on all network infrastructure.
• Implement and verify security policies alongside the Information Security team.
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation for Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5, Infoblox, McAfee, and Bluecoat environments.
• Provide up to 4th level support and troubleshoot complex, cross-platform issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total work experience in network engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
• 3+ years of experience with Fortinet and Fortigate firewalls.
• 3+ years of experience with Infoblox for DNS and DHCP management.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, clustering, transparent mode, SSL/VPN, and CLI commands (Bash, shell, IOS).
• Experience with Big-IP (F5) LTM/GTM load balancing.
• Proficiency in managing multivendor firewall platforms featuring Checkpoint and Fortinet.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HP Network Automation and Solarwinds.
• Strong project management skills with excellent communication abilities.
