Description

You will own the design, administration, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer WAN/LAN networks, enterprise wireless, cloud (Azure), SD WAN, and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall configurations.
• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues, ensuring resolution and providing appropriate solutions to customers.
• Investigate network ticket root causes, test solutions, and propose fixes to reduce resolution times.
• Initiate improvements for tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, InfoBlox) through requirements gathering and process refinement.
• Manage upgrades for new and existing network equipment, hardware, and software.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in network engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco routing and switching, including OSPF, BGP, and iWAN.
• Proven experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches.
• Expertise in firewall administration, specifically Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FP, and Checkpoint.
• Proficiency with Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Cisco Meraki Wireless.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SD WAN, Prime, ISE, DNAC, and Azure Networking.
• Experience with Service Now and ITIL Change Management processes.
• Strong understanding of backbone protocols like MPLS.
