Network Engineer responsible for enterprise infrastructure, data center operations, and cloud connectivity in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and schedule infrastructure upgrades following corporate change policies.
• Deploy new IT infrastructure using established configuration standards and processes.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation point for hardware, OS, and network issues.
• Manage data center operations including physical installations, cabling, racking, and environmental monitoring.
• Participate in on-call rotations and monitor system capacity for alert resolution.

Required Skills

• Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst devices.
• Proficiency in routing and switching: BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Experience with Public Cloud connectivity in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience managing VPN configuration and wireless network administration.
• Knowledge of data center operations, including racking, cabling, and facility requirements.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certifications (CCNA or higher).
• Experience with F5 load-balancing technology.
• Experience with Cisco ISE.
