Job Responsibilities include:

Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco ACI/SDA, Palo Alto Firewalls, Wireless, and VPN environments.

Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing, switching, wireless connectivity, and security, ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.

Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco networking equipment, Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, and wireless controllers (WLC).

Perform network upgrades, implement production changes, and manage hardware and software lifecycle activities.

Investigate root causes of recurring network issues and recommend solutions to improve network stability and performance.

Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams, stakeholders, and business users while providing technical guidance in a fast-paced 24x7 production environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.

6–8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, network operations, and production support environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco ACI/SDA, Palo Alto Firewalls, IPSec VPNs, Wireless LAN (Cisco WLC), and routing/switching technologies including OSPF and BGP.

Proven experience in advanced Layer 3 troubleshooting, production incident management, network security, and supporting mission-critical 24x7 enterprise environments
