Description

You will provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of production incidents in a 24x7 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, wireless connectivity, and security.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco networking equipment, Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, and wireless controllers.
• Perform network upgrades, implement production changes, and manage hardware and software lifecycle activities.
• Investigate root causes of recurring network issues and recommend solutions to improve stability.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and stakeholders to provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering and production support.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco ACI/SDA and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of IPSec VPNs and Wireless LAN (Cisco WLC).
• Proficiency in routing and switching technologies, including OSPF and BGP.
• Proven experience in advanced Layer 3 troubleshooting and incident management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting mission-critical 24x7 enterprise environments.
• Ability to work effectively with L1/L2 teams in a high-pressure setting.
