Network Engineer

Key Skills: Networking switches, Mainframes Networking, Network Engineer, Network Security, BGP, ipv4/v6, MPLS, BGP, QOS, Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS, OSPF

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Manage and maintain network security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure secure network operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and system integration.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and protocols, including OSPF and BGP.
• Document network configurations, processes, and changes for operational and audit purposes.

Skills Required:

• Experience working with networking switches and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network security principles and network engineering practices.
• Understanding of routing and switching protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Familiarity with IPv4/IPv6 networking, MPLS, and QoS concepts.
• Exposure to network operating systems such as Cisco IOS-XR or Nokia TMOS.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
