Description

You will manage enterprise network availability, performance, and incident resolution at the L2 level.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network service outages and perform root cause analysis for device unavailability.
• Provide escalation support for L1 teams and manage incident resolution.
• Deploy and manage enterprise network technologies including MPLS, point-to-point, and WAN architectures.
• Execute network configuration hardening, device migrations, and security application upgrades.
• Monitor heterogeneous communication technologies including Leased-Lines, ISDN, V-sat, broadband, and dial-up.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and management.
• Proficiency with routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and deployment.
• Working knowledge of GETVPN.
• Hands-on experience with QoS applications and devices.
• Ability to manage enterprise-scale network deployments.
• Degree in any graduate field.
