Description

You will manage and support large enterprise network infrastructure in a 24/7 operations environment. You are responsible for maintaining continuous network availability through rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues using advanced analytical techniques and coordination with onsite teams and vendors.
• Execute medium to complex network changes and service team change requests following established management policies.
• Use monitoring tools to identify and manage actionable incidents.
• Support core network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network technologies.
• Direct experience with Juniper and Cisco (Nexus and Catalyst) hardware.
• Hands-on management of Juniper SRX firewalls and F5 load balancers.
• Proficiency in routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Strong knowledge of switching, firewalling, and load balancing configurations.
• Technical understanding of client/server and Internet concepts.
• Ability to provide oral and written technical communication.
• Any Graduate degree.
