Description

You will provide L2 network support, manage network security, and lead migrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage network migrations and configure firewall policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot wireless systems, Meraki Networks, and routing/switching issues.
• Maintain network security through NAT, VPN, and IPSec tunnels.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Resolve complex networking issues under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in network support, migrations, and firewall management.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki Networks.
• Proficiency in configuring VPN and IPSec tunnels.
• Experience managing firewall policies and NAT.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot wireless and routing/switching issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
