Key Responsibilities

Load Balancer

• Manage F5 / Citrix / A10
• Configure VIPs, pools, SSL certificates
• Troubleshoot traffic and performance issues

DNS

• Manage DNS platforms (Infoblox, BIND, Windows DNS)
• Handle record updates (A, CNAME, MX, TXT)
• Troubleshoot resolution and propagation issues

Operations

• Monitor network health and alerts
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests
• Perform RCA and service restoration

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Load Balancers & DNS
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL)
• Experience with monitoring & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

Good to Have

• AWS/Azure networking
• Basic scripting (Python)
• F5 / CCNA certification

• SLA adherence
• MTTR reduction
• High availability (uptime)
• Change success rate
