Description

You manage load balancers and DNS infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resolving traffic issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain F5, Citrix, or A10 load balancers, including VIPs, pools, and SSL certificates.
• Manage DNS platforms such as Infoblox, BIND, or Windows DNS, handling record updates and troubleshooting resolution issues.
• Monitor network health, handle incidents, and perform root cause analysis for service restoration.
• Troubleshoot traffic and performance problems related to TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with load balancers (F5, Citrix, or A10) and DNS management.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL.
• Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure networking.
• Basic scripting skills in Python.
• F5 or CCNA certification.
