Description

Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure such as firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless LAN controllers.
• Analyze network performance, identify issues, and provide solutions to ensure efficient operation of TCP/IP, OSPF, and EIGRP protocols.
• Manage ad hoc requests from design through implementation, monitoring queues and alert notices for new tasks.
• Communicate technical status and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams via ServiceNow, email, and Teams.
• Create and maintain system documentation for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, and EIGRP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless LAN controllers.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and security infrastructure.
• Strong documentation skills for infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticket management and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement in network operations.
• Strong facilitation skills for setting standards and evaluating alternative solutions.
