Description

Manage and secure network infrastructure while providing technical leadership to the L2 team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues involving switches, access points, routing, Wi-Fi, and VLANs.
• Secure network infrastructure using Palo Alto firewalls.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L2 engineers.
• Create network diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with FSO vendors to resolve technical issues and document observations for WSR and MBR reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Switches, Access Points, and Routing.
• Proficiency in managing Wi-Fi, Network Layer issues, and VLANs.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Knowledge of Ruckus, Sigma, Arista, and CommScope devices.
• Experience using ServiceNow for Change and Problem management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
