Description

You will manage network interoperability and infrastructure development to meet National, NATO, and U.S. standards within Latvia.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational and strategic level MPE to support host nation information environment interoperability.
• Identify capability gaps in current networks and recommend alternative communication links to improve survivability.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Architects to design and analyze future network builds for host nation sustainment.
• Provide technical status updates to project managers and interface with integrators regarding secure location access.
• Coordinate with bilateral affairs and USAFE to identify training opportunities and maintain communication milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Current US Secret clearance with the ability to obtain NATO read-on.
• Must hold a current US Passport.
• General knowledge of Tactical Data Links (TDLs).
• General knowledge of Federated Mission Networking (FMN) Spirals.
• General knowledge of cross-domain solutions.
• Experience with bilateral or multilateral capacity building in IT or Cyber domains.
• Ability to relocate to Riga, Latvia shortly after hire.

Preferred Skills

• Direct NATO experience.
