Description

You will manage and maintain campus network infrastructure, telephony systems, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of campus switches, routers, firewalls, and supporting applications.
• Deploy, configure, and update edge switches and assist with core switch maintenance.
• Maintain campus telephone systems including SIP, PRI, and VoIP, including call centers and routing.
• Configure and troubleshoot wireless access points, controllers, and management systems.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 end-user support and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for emergencies.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience working with IP networks and supporting systems.
• 3 years of experience with Extreme Networks, Aruba, or Cisco hardware and software.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Palo Alto Global Protect VPN.
• Experience with Cisco VPN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with DHCP and DNS management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex wired and wireless networking problems.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
