Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex network infrastructure. You will drive technical standards, manage large-scale projects, and provide Tier 3 support for high-severity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive monitoring and alerting processes across all IT platforms.
• Manage large-scope projects involving technology enhancements, upgrades, patching, and new solution implementations.
• Perform daily production support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, including crisis management during high-severity incidents.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scripted solutions to improve network processes.
• Coordinate implementation efforts between Technology Infrastructure and other internal teams while overseeing the IT change management process.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional experience in an IT technical or infrastructure field.
• 4-6 years of experience with Cisco Route, Switch, and Wireless infrastructure.
• 4-6 years of experience with WAN system design and integration.
• 4-6 years of experience in large, complex project oversight.
• 4-6 years of experience in vendor management.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Established understanding of network connectivity and protocols.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus platform.
• Knowledge of datacenter and MDF/IDF closet construction design, including cabling, racks, power, and cooling.
• Advanced experience with Cisco wireless and wireless design/coverage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building new test and production environments on new or existing hardware.

BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience is required.
