Description

You will manage network security and core infrastructure operations within a data center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure routers, switches, and firewalls according to technical specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware issues to restore functionality.
• Manage security policies and administration for Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and architectures.
• Support network users by resolving connectivity issues and resource access problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewall deployment and administration.
• Proficiency with Juniper SRX firewalls.
• Strong understanding of Routing and Switching, specifically for LAN refresh projects.
• Deep knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 concepts.
• Solid grasp of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Experience with network architectures including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
• Familiarity with ISE NAC and monitoring tools like Solarwinds.
• Ability to configure routers, switches, and firewalls using vendor-specific commands.
