Description

Manage and support network hub infrastructure and regional operations. Serve as the regional single point of contact for operational and tactical functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer network devices including routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, and voice telephony.
• Resolve P1 and P2 incidents and manage network changes for all hub locations.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and vendors to support problem management, service level management, and third-party audit requests.
• Execute service and configuration management requests for the assigned region.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations and infrastructure support.
• Proficiency with Cisco routing, switching, Nexus, and Catalyst switches.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Experience with F5 load balancers, forward proxy, and reverse proxy.
• Knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN, SDA, and wireless technologies.
• Deep understanding of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and ISIS.
• Experience with IP addressing, MPLS, VPN, VXLAN, VRRP, HSRP, and STP.
• Familiarity with network automation using Ansible or Python.
• Competency with SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, NTA, IPAM), Syslog, and ITSM tools.
• Experience managing IPS, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and SMTP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetFlow and stacking technologies.
