Description

You will provide IT infrastructure engineering for network and infrastructure upgrades, changes, troubleshooting, relocation, and migrations, specializing in advanced Cisco and other vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead network upgrade activities at customer sites.
• Apply software updates and configurations on Cisco routers or switches.
• Perform quality assurance tests and migration day-1 support for network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues with wired and wireless network infrastructures.
• Participate in site surveys, create documentation, and provide reporting as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with network infrastructure LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, Wireless, and Enterprise Networking Infrastructures.
• Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work safely on ladders up to 8’.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, STP, VTP.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and ScienceLogic.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle (driving required).
