Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for data center and infrastructure environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, configuration, and infrastructure-related issues
• Support outage response, remediation, and general production support activities
• Perform maintenance and onboarding activities across infrastructure systems
• Work hands-on in the data center environment, including equipment restarts when necessary
• Support infrastructure as code and code-driven configuration practices
• Collaborate with the technical team on environment stability, support, and continuous improvement
• Use scripting and source control tools such as Git to support automation and configuration management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, network engineering, or related support roles
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware
• Strong experience with Palo Alto technologies
• Solid networking experience
• Experience supporting data center operations
• Familiarity with scripting for automation and operational support
• Experience with Git/source control
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, including infrastructure as code / configuration as code
• Proven ability to support operational environments, troubleshoot outages, and resolve configuration issues

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: Onsite Wednesday and Thursday
• Additional onsite presence required as needed
