Description

You will manage network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting using advanced Cisco and multi-vendor solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist network upgrade activities and migrations at customer sites.
• Apply software updates and configurations on Cisco routers and switches.
• Perform quality assurance tests and provide day-1 migration support.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure issues.
• Conduct site surveys, create documentation, and generate reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, Wireless, and Enterprise Networking.
• Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, STP, and VTP.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and ScienceLogic.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work safely on ladders up to 8 feet.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
