Description

Manage data center infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and support production stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for data center and infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, configuration, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Support outage response, remediation, and general production support activities.
• Perform maintenance and onboarding activities across infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with the technical team on environment stability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto technologies.
• Solid networking experience supporting data center operations.
• Experience with Git and source control for automation.
• Familiarity with scripting for automation and operational support.
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, including infrastructure as code.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in data center equipment restarts.
