Description

You will provide operational support for data center and infrastructure environments, resolving network, configuration, and infrastructure-related issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including outage response and remediation.
• Perform maintenance and onboarding activities across infrastructure systems.
• Work hands-on in the data center, including equipment restarts when necessary.
• Support infrastructure as code and code-driven configuration practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team on environment stability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto technologies.
• Solid networking and data center operations experience.
• Experience with Git and source control for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with scripting for automation and operational support.
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, including infrastructure as code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to support operational environments and resolve configuration issues.
