Description

Lead a team of network engineers to design, maintain, and secure infrastructure while managing resources and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and train network engineers through performance management and technical support.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain network security protocols to protect data integrity.
• Manage network budget, resources, and technical documentation for configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications.
