Description

You will manage global infrastructure network service delivery, project deliverables, and security stack operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Palo Alto technologies including Firewalls, Panorama, Global Protect VPN, URL-Filtering, IoT Security, and Prisma.
• Manage Cisco technologies including Switching, Routing (SD-WAN), 802.1X/TACACS, DNA Center, Wireless, and ACI.
• Execute medium to high complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business (RTB) support, and Incident Service Requests.
• Assist with requirements gathering and solution implementation for application and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical documentation and mentorship as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency with Cisco switching, routing, and wireless technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto security stacks.
• Experience supporting DNS and DHCP services.
• Technical familiarity with F5, SolarWinds, and Cisco DNA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel approximately 15%.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITIL Foundation, or Network+.
• Experience managing enterprise-level networks or working within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in developing network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
