Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN edge appliances.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage switches, routers, firewalls, Silver Peak SD-WAN edge appliances, wireless infrastructure, and cellular-based appliances.
• Design LAN/WAN architecture, performing bandwidth analysis, capacity planning, and creating schematic engineering drawings.
• Troubleshoot complex network problems by collaborating with users, service providers, and business partners.
• Execute planned deployments, upgrades, and change management efforts within the edge networking group.
• Resolve and document incidents within ServiceNow, providing tier 2 support for widespread events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• CCNA certification.
• CCNP certification.
• Experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN edge appliances.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident resolution and reporting.
• Ability to create technical documentation and Visio diagrams.
• Experience with network bandwidth analysis and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of security requirement implementation for network elements.
