Description

You will manage and scale complex network infrastructures across LAN, WAN, cloud, and Data Center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Tier III escalation point for complex technical support issues.
• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, and Data Center Fabric routing and switching solutions.
• Implement and manage secure network products, including network security and monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and traffic utilization problems.
• Maintain detailed client documentation and provide monthly service recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in networking.
• Configure, analyze, and troubleshoot enterprise networks.
• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching; Nexus experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Data Center environments.
• CCNP-level working knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying significant network problems.
• Ability to write clear, precise, and well-organized technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementation.
• Knowledge of Citrix load balancing/acceleration solutions.
• Experience with RF design, wireless LAN surveys, and Cisco WLAN (WLCs, Prime).
